Maculusso Building is a multifunctional building with a footprint area of 877 m2 and 20 stories, where 4-stories are parking lots; the ground floor has commercial and technical areas; mezzanine has commercial spaces; 5 office stories; 9 residential stories (T3, T2, and T1 units) and a panoramic terrace.
This architectural project, initially developed by another team, benefited from the expertise of Larkus (formerly 5A+URB) to bring it to completion. In 2017, Larkus was brought in to address technical and architectural challenges, contributing with pragmatic solutions for the internal organization of the entire building as well as bold designs for the façades.
Construction was carried out by Angola Habitat, LDA, but the project was halted in 2019 due to the financial crisis. Despite this, the project stands as a milestone in Larkus' journey, underscoring their ability to integrate and resolve complex challenges in large-scale architecture.
