Adérito Almeida

Adérito Almeida

Civil Engineer, Customer Acquisition Manager
CEO and Founder of ETU Build

Adérito graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Brno University of Technology (BUT) in the Czech Republic, specializing in Building Construction. He worked as a Structural Designer of Concrete Structures for projects in Germany and Czechia for 5 years, as a Construction Estimator for almost a year, and currently as a Project Designer.

The collaboration with Larkus and Arquitetari started in 2024 as an outsourcing initiative to the European market, aiming to provide the best services from Angolan architects and civil engineers. At ETU Build, Adérito is the CEO and Customer Acquisition Manager, responsible for the administrative sector; the translation of technical drawings and other documents in Czech, English, and Portuguese.

In his free time, he is involved in entrepreneurship projects and events. He also enjoys playing basketball; reading; following civil engineering trends and podcasts; watching animes, series, and documentaries; and spending time with family and friends. 

Irene Almeida ETU Build

Irene Almeida

Conceptual Architect, Interior Designer
Co-CEO of ETU Build

Irene is a final-year Architecture student at Lusiada University of Angola. She has experience in collaborative projects, visual identity/branding, and developing technical and aesthetic solutions adapted to various social and environmental contexts.

For the past 5 years, she has developed her skills in Academic Projects involving Fieldwork; Professional Internships; and by providing Interior Design, Urban planning, and Conceptual and Detailed Architectural Design Services to various firms.

At ETU Build, Irene is the Conceptual Architect and Interior Designer, responsible for ensuring spatial coherence and project’s vision. She’s also responsible for the translation of technical drawings and other documents in Portuguese and English.

In her free time, she’s dedicated to painting, calisthenics, music, and extreme activities. She’s actively involved in entrepreneurship and creative leadership projects.

Josué Matari

Josué Matari

Architect, Senior 3D Artist
External collaborator: CEO of Arquitetari

Josué is a member of The Order of Architects of Angola (OA), certificate nº OA-2169. He studied Architecture and Urbanism for 4 years at Agostinho Neto University and graduated with a degree in Architecture from the Lusiada University of Angola. With a solid background in architecture and a love for visual creativity, Josué’s journey has led him to explore the art of capturing spaces and concepts through renderings.

In almost 10 years, he has continuously developed and applied his technical skills by working as a Construction Planner (including roles as Site Inspector & Quantity Surveyor), Project Designer, Research Collaborator, and Private Tutor.

At ETU Build, Josué is the Senior 3D Artist (Archviz)responsible for the quality of the 3D models and renders (images).

In his free time, he enjoys walking; reading; watching animes, movies, series, documentaries (on criminal investigation, mystery, architecture and general knowledge); and listening to music.

Lívio Tanaku

Lívio Tanako

Architect, Project Manager and Technical Director

Lívio is a member of The Order of Architects of Angola (OA), certificate nº OA-840, with over 14 years experience as an Architect,  specializing in institutional, residential, industrial, and commercial projects. He attended secondary technical school of Mota-Engil in Campanha, Portugal.  He later joined the company Mota-Engil in both Portugal and Angola, where he contributed to landmark projects such as the Ministry of Health (MINSA) and Migration and Foreigners Service (SME) buildings

The professional experience  gained while pursuing his Architecture and Urban Planning degree at the Methodist University of Angola was instrumental in his decision to establish his first architecture firm immediately after graduating. His expertise encompasses architecture project management, public works supervision, interdisciplinary coordination, and leading multidisciplinary teams.

He has also completed supplemental training in Contract Supervision, Pedagogical Aggregation, and a Refresher Course on Entrepreneurship and Architecture Office Management. This last course was led by renowned architects André Menin and Paulo Mezzomo, the latter being the author of the book “Entrepreneurship and Architecture Office Management.”

At ETU Build, Lívio is the Technical Director and Project Manager, responsible for ensuring the company’s vision, technical execution, innovation and quality of the projects. 

In his free time, he enjoys visiting architecture museums, historical buildings, and keeping up with contemporary design trends. He’s also an avid reader of books on entrepreneurship and personal development. He deeply values leisure time with his family, engaging in sports together, dining out, going to the cinema, and taking family trips. These travels, beyond providing quality time, allow him to observe diverse architectural styles and urban planning solutions across various regions worldwide.
