Intermarket Talatona

This supermarket has ~1700m2, and is the chain's 7th store.  Intermarket is part of the Webcor Group, an international company founded in 1978, with operations in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.

Intermarket Talatona was designed to offer a modern, functional, and welcoming shopping experience. From concept to completion of the project, every detail was carefully considered to ensure smooth customer flow, strategic product display, and a harmonious environment for shoppers.

One of the most significant challenges was the building's facades, as there were only two (the main one and the service access). The main facade is narrow, so to maximize natural light, we implemented skylighting using three polycarbonate sheeting openings along the entire commercial area.

Because it's a naturally cool environment, wood was used extensively throughout the project, from the facade to the interior. This was done to warm the visual ambiance, creating feelings of warmth, coziness, and well-being, making the space more inviting and positively impacting the occupants' psychological state.
